SOMO Village Update: New Homes, Brew Pub, Fitness Center, and Cafe

As development continues at SOMO Village, we’re thrilled to share our latest construction and community milestones.

116 Single-Family Homes and 32 Condos Underway

With 1,750 homes slated for construction over the next decade, we are well underway with our building plans. 

There are currently 116 single-family homes scheduled for development by Century Communities, including: 

  • 5 Units: 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms (1,640 sq ft)
  • 14 Units: 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Bathrooms (1,755 sq ft)
  • 11 Units: 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Bathrooms (1,982 sq ft)
  • 10 Units: 4 Bedrooms, 2.5 Bathrooms (2,054 sq ft)
  • 11 Units: 4 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms (2,057 sq ft)
  • 12 Units: 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms (2,176 sq ft)
  • 20 Units: 3 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms (2,406 sq ft)
  • 19 Units: 4 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms (2,650 sq ft)
  • 14 Units: 4 Bedrooms, 3.5 Bathrooms (3,029 sq ft)

Approximately 70 units are currently under construction, with 16 already sold. 

The first set of 32 condos being built at SOMO Village is also expected to be available in early 2025. These condo units will include:

Plan 1 Units

We are building sixteen Plan 1 units boasting 1,712 square feet, including two bedrooms plus a den, three bedrooms, and a two-car garage.

Plan 2 Units

We are also building sixteen Plan 2 units offering 1,904 square feet with three bedrooms, a flex room, two full bathrooms, two half-bathrooms, and a two-car garage. 

We are incorporating thoughtful design elements into our new phases as part of our dedication to creating a connected and enriching environment. This includes planning for pedestrian-friendly walkways and additional green spaces to enhance connectivity and access throughout the village.

In addition to residential progress, we are hard at work enhancing our community amenities. 

Old Caz Brew Pub

We’re excited to share that Old Caz Brew Pub, which opened its doors on June 1st, has quickly become a beloved local hotspot. 

This family-friendly venue has swiftly won over the community with its inviting atmosphere and a range of engaging activities. From its renowned Tuesday Trivia Nights to its live music performances, Old Caz Brew Pub offers something for everyone. 

Adding to its charm, the pub features a daily rotation of the best Sonoma County food trucks from 4:00 p.m. until closing, making it the perfect place to enjoy delicious local bites with your favorite brews.

SOMO Cowork 2.0

The much-anticipated SOMO Cowork 2.0  is nearing design completion, set to provide a dynamic and flexible work environment for Sonoma County’s professionals and businesses. 

This workspace will complement the existing SOMO Cowork space that has already reached its capacity. 

SOMO Cowork 2.0 will feature industrial design, 35 new offices, four conference rooms, and a large classroom-style space for workshops. 

Crafted Cup

We are currently in the process of designing our future coffee shop, Crafted Cup

While we await the opening of the physical location at SOMO Village, Crafted Cup is already serving up its delicious beverages from a charming coffee trailer. 

You can enjoy their expertly crafted coffee and pastries every Tuesday to Thursday from 7:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. 

This convenient setup allows you to enjoy a taste of what’s to come, ensuring you can get your daily caffeine fix while we work on creating a welcoming space for all coffee lovers.

All of these amenities will offer residents exceptional convenience and opportunities for a balanced lifestyle.
