We are thrilled to announce the ribbon cutting event that signifies the beginning of the residential phase of SOMO Village.

Join us for the Open House beginning at 4:00 pm with music, food and refreshments as you explore our award-winning development.

The 5:30 pm Ribbon-cutting ceremony features esteemed speakers and dignitaries including Brad Baker, Founder and CEO of SOMO Village.

After the Ribbon-Cutting Open House and Ceremony, stay for the SOMO Concert from 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm featuring Steel Pulse, Common Kings, and special guest Iam Tongi, Season 21 American Idol winner.

Celebrating a new phase!

Over the past 18 years, SOMO Village became a hub for innovative companies and their valued workforce, as well as a place for the community to enjoy live entertainment and participate in lifestyle and educational events. It’s now time for our next chapter.

Over the next decade

SOMO Village will bring 1,750 homes of all sizes, including 254 affordable units.

Homes will incorporate the latest technology in a walkable community of interconnected streets, parks, art, and easy transportation.

Now its the time for the next chapter of our story.

At SOMO Village, you have an opportunity to tend a community garden or attend regularly scheduled outdoor yoga classes, bike rides, and concerts in an outdoor amphitheater. Soon you will be able to enjoy all the community has to offer, just steps from your own home.

6:00 pm Join us for the Concert
